初來意者，前品通明諸佛剎海，今此別明本師所嚴依果，答世界海問，故次來也。

First, the intention of its occurrence: The preceding chapter generally clarified the oceans of lands of all Buddhas; now this chapter specifically clarifies the dependent fruition adorned by our fundamental master, answering the questions on the oceans of worlds; hence it follows in sequence.
