12.21

第六「時彼如來」下廣演法門，文分為五：一佛轉法輪、二威光獲益、三以偈讚述、四傳化眾生、五佛加讚勵。今初也。佛解脫用，主教宣示剎塵眷屬隨機益殊。

Sixth, from 'At that time, that Tathāgata' onward, widely expounding the Dharma gates, the text divides into five: 1. The Buddha turns the wheel of the Dharma; 2. Great Radiance receives benefit; 3. Praising and reciting in verse; 4. Transmitting and transforming sentient beings; 5. The Buddha adds praise and encouragement. This is the first. The Buddha's function of liberation: the lord of the teaching proclaims and reveals, and the retinue in dust motes of lands receives distinct benefits according to their capacities.
