13.13

三宗趣者，以無邊諦海，隨根隨義立名不同，遍空世界，以此為宗；務在益物調生為趣。又上二皆宗，發生淨信為趣。

Third, regarding the central theme and purport: taking the boundless ocean of truths, whose established names differ according to faculties and according to meanings throughout empty space and worlds, as the central theme; directing toward benefiting beings and taming sentient creatures as the purport. Alternatively, both above are the central theme, and generating pure faith is the purport.
