三宗趣者，以隨事巧願防心不散，增長菩薩悲智大行為宗，成就普賢實德為趣。

Third, the central theme and purport: taking skillful vows responding to phenomena to prevent the mind from scattering and to increase the bodhisattva's great practice of compassion and wisdom as the theme; and taking the accomplishment of Samantabhadra's true virtues as the purport.
