16.23

大段第三「時賢首」下，顯實證成分。於中有四：一動世界，大機發故；二蔽魔宮，唯佛境故；三息惡道，利樂深故；四佛現證，契佛心故。於中，摩頂、讚善、隨喜，即三業皆證，勸物信行。第二會竟。

In the third major section, from "at that time Bhadraśrī" below, is the section revealing real verification. Within this there are four points: first, shaking the world, because the great capacity has been stimulated; second, overshadowing the palaces of Māra, because it is solely the Buddha's domain; third, pacifying the evil destinies, because the benefit and joy are deep; fourth, the Buddha manifesting verification, because it accords with the Buddha's mind. Within this, rubbing the crown of the head, praising goodness, and rejoicing in accord mean that all three karmas are verified, urging living beings toward faithful practice. The second assembly concludes.
