17.10

第五「爾時帝釋」下請佛居殿。於中，三業崇敬以為請儀。言善來者，應機來故，不來相而來故，帶法界會來故。三稱善者，喜之至故。舉三號者，略歎德故。願哀處者，希仗勝田生大福故。

Fifth, from "At that time Śakra" onward, invites the Buddha to reside in the palace. Therein, reverence with the three karmas serves as the ritual of invitation. Saying "welcome" (well-come) is because he comes responding to receptivity, comes with the characteristic of non-coming, and comes bringing the assembly of the dharmadhātu. Calling him "well" three times is the height of joy. Citing the three titles briefly praises his virtues. Wishing that he "compassionately dwell" hopes to rely on the supreme field [of merit] to give rise to great blessings.
