四語業十事通善惡故，亦非梵行。安立說者，謂假施設。隨俗說者，隨世名言。餘可思準。

Fourth, because the ten matters of vocal karma share in good and evil, they are also not pure practice. "Established speech" means provisional designation. "Conventional speech" means following worldly conventions and designations. The rest may be inferred by thought.
