二釋名者，謂十方菩薩於此宮中讚佛實德，故受斯名。通二種釋，如第三會。
Second, explaining the title: the bodhisattvas of the ten directions praise the Buddha's true virtues in this palace, and hence it receives this name. It admits of two kinds of explanations, as in the third assembly.
