25.8

第二「爾時」下明不離而升，謂前十方一切處四會皆儼然不散，而升此說，意明橫遍十方、豎該九會，佛法界身遍時處故。餘義具如第三會初。

Second, from "At that time" onward, clarifies ascending without departing, meaning that the four assemblies in all places of the ten directions are all solemnly intact without dispersing, yet he ascends to this exposition, intending to show that it horizontally pervades the ten directions and vertically encompasses the nine assemblies, because the Buddha's body of the dharmadhātu pervades time and place. The other meanings are fully as in the beginning of the third assembly.
