第七施鬘者，貫華如環，而為首飾或以纓身故。未見則樂見，正見則愛樂。
Seventh, giving garlands: stringing flowers into a loop to serve as head ornaments or to drape around the body. Before seeing them, one delights in looking forward to seeing them; upon seeing them, one cherishes and delights in them.
