31.26

第四「摩頂」已下起分。所以起者，三昧事訖故。云何訖？已得勝力故。雖已得力，何不且定？說時至故。何不定中說？定無言說故。

Fourth, from "rubbing the crown of the head" onwards is the section on arising [from samādhi]. The reason he arises is that the matter of samādhi has concluded. How has it concluded? Because he has already obtained superior power. Although he has already obtained power, why does he not remain in samādhi for the time being? Because the time to speak has arrived. Why does he not speak while within samādhi? Because there is no speech within samādhi.
