35.28

第二「佛子」下結成攝生之戒。護持於戒，即前律儀及攝善法，故能增長慈悲之心，即益生戒。

Second, from "O sons of the Buddha" onward concludes and establishes the precepts that gather sentient beings. Guarding and maintaining the precepts means the aforementioned moral discipline and the precepts of gathering wholesome dharmas; hence they are able to increase the mind of kindness and compassion, which is the precept of benefiting sentient beings.
