46.21

初來意者，為答普光十頂問故，義如前釋。前二已明通定用廣，今此辨其智慧深奧，故次來也。

First, the reason for its coming: it is to answer the question on the ten crowns of Universal Radiance; the meaning is as explained previously. The preceding two [chapters] have already explained that supernatural powers and concentrations have vast functions; now this chapter distinguishes the profound depth of their wisdom, and therefore it comes next.
