47.17

二釋名。曰菩薩大悲，隨機住處能住非一，故名曰諸。諸菩薩之住處，故以為名。

Second, explaining the title: it is said that due to the bodhisattva's great compassion, the places of dwelling in accord with capacities are not just one, and those who can dwell are not one; therefore it is called "various." It is the dwelling places of various bodhisattvas, and hence it is taken as the title.
