第七知一切法盡無有餘者，明十力自在，兼答普光十力之問。十力智慧照境無遺故，亦顯可知。

Seventh, knowing all dharmas completely without remainder clarifies the mastery of the ten powers and also answers the question on the ten powers from the Universal Light [assembly]. Because the wisdom of the ten powers illuminates objects without omission, it is also evident and can be known.
