第二偈頌。五偈分二：初一頌法說；餘頌前喻，亦二：初二合頌前二喻，同喻無縛脫；後二頌大海宏深喻，但頌通顯無量，餘文略無。

The second section is the verses. The five verses are divided into two parts: the first one versifies the explanation of the Dharma; the remainder versifies the preceding metaphors, which also has two parts: the first two together versify the preceding two metaphors, identically illustrating freedom from bondage and liberation; the latter two versify the metaphor of the vast depth of the great ocean, merely versifying the general revelation of immeasurability, while the remaining text is omitted.
