58.21

第四「去此不遠」下指示後友，亦以證同。又禪依進發，故云不遠。禪故寂靜，入俗演法化物深廣，故云音海。然此神即普救之母，表真精進却從定生，起心動念是妄非進故。餘可知（已下入第七十一經）。

Fourth, from 'not far from here' onward indicates the subsequent spiritual friend, also by identity of realization. Moreover, dhyāna arises relying on vigor, hence it says 'not far'. Because of dhyāna, it is quiet and quiescent (praśānta); entering the mundane world to expound the Dharma and transform beings is deep and vast, hence it is called 'ocean of sounds' (rutasāgara). Furthermore, this goddess is the mother of Sarvajagadr रक्षा, expressing that true vigor conversely is born from concentration, for giving rise to thoughts and stirring mental activities is delusion, not vigor.
