6.35

第八能令等者，上令信佛，此令信法。仰依即信、領解便喜，信可趣入、喜則奉行，因得解脫名而出離。此於迷覆眾生障出離道得解脫也。

In the eighth, "able to cause," and so on: the above caused faith in the Buddha, this causes faith in the Dharma. Looking up in reliance is faith; understanding brings joy; having faith, one can enter; being joyful, one puts it into practice, and on that basis attains liberation and departs. This attains liberation from the obstacle of beings being deluded and covered, obstructing the path of deliverance.
