6.33

In the sixth, "attaining the universal approach," and so on, means that with a dhāraṇī that matches dharmatā, the Buddha encompasses all dhāraṇīs, hence it is called a "universal approach"; furthermore, it can flow forth inexhaustibly, hence it can be called an "ocean." This attains liberation from the obstacle of forgetting in hearing and reflecting.
