疏「以時無別體」下，出十世融通所以。如見華開知是芳春，茂盛結果知是朱夏，凋落為秋，收藏為冬，皆因於物知四時也。

Regarding the commentary's phrase, 'Because time has no separate essence' and so forth: this brings out the reason for the interpenetration of the ten times. For example, seeing flowers blossom, one knows it is fragrant spring; lush growth and fruiting, one knows it is radiant summer; withering and falling is autumn; storing away is winter—all four seasons are known through things.
