11.26

疏「故相及用不分兩別」下，第二結成也。非是德用二義不分，但不別立二種十玄，唯一十玄通德用耳。

In the commentary, from "Therefore characteristics and functions are not divided into two separate things" downward, is the second: the conclusion. It is not that the two meanings of virtue and function are not distinguished, but rather that two kinds of ten mysteries are not separately established; there is only a single ten mysteries that pervades both virtue and function.
