疏「一多既爾，多一亦然，反上可知」者，反上一有體，却為一無體。多無體，却為多有體。更無別義。
Regarding the Commentary's phrase: "Since one and many are thus, many and one are also like this; this can be known by reversing the above," reversing the above means that the one having essence becomes the one lacking essence, and the many lacking essence becomes the many having essence. There is no other meaning.
