第四教所被機中二：先總、後別。前中，初躡前起後、後「若明」下約法揀定。
In the fourth [section], on the faculties of beings addressed by the teaching, there are two parts: first, general; second, specific. In the former, the beginning takes up what precedes to introduce what follows; from "If explaining..." downward, it evaluates and determines in terms of the Dharma.
