13.11

疏「龍樹等宗多立此義」者，等取頓教《般若》。言多立者，不必全爾，有三觀故。此但明空之一義故。

Regarding the commentary's "The tradition of Nāgārjuna and others mostly establishes this meaning": "and others" includes the Sudden Teaching of the *Prajñāpāramitā*. Saying "mostly establishes" means it is not necessarily entirely so, because there are three contemplations. This merely explains the single meaning of emptiness.
