13.20

疏「是故此四」下，總結融通，隨舉一句即須具四。故隨一文一句、若大若小必具此四，攝理周圓。

Regarding the commentary's "Therefore these four" and so forth: concluding with their fusion, whichever single proposition is brought up must possess all four. Therefore, any single passage or single phrase, whether large or small, must possess these four, subsuming the principle completely and perfectly.
