13.22

疏「攝論中名為真如所流十二分教」下，引證。此引無性《攝論》第七、梁《攝論》第十。次引《唯識》第十，彼論釋十真如中第三地。如彼疏釋云「由此地中得於三慧照大乘法，觀此法教根本真如，名勝流真如。或證此如，說法勝故。」

Regarding the commentary's "In the *Saṃgraha* it is named the twelve divisions of teaching that flow from tathatā" and so forth: citation of proof. This cites the seventh fascicle of Asabhāva's *Saṃgraha* and the tenth fascicle of the Liang *Saṃgraha*. Next, it cites the tenth fascicle of the *Vijñaptimātratāsiddhi*, where that treatise explains the third bhūmi among the ten suchnesses. As that commentary explains: "Because in this bhūmi one obtains the three wisdoms that illuminate the Mahāyāna teachings and contemplates the fundamental tathatā of these doctrinal teachings, it is called the tathatā of superior outflow. Alternatively, because realizing this suchness, the preaching of the Dharma is superior."
