13.24

疏「二會相顯性」者，上說如為教本，而教非即如。今說教即是如，則攝十二分教之相，即如之性也。

Regarding the commentary’s “Second, gathering characteristics to reveal the nature”: Above, it was explained that tathatā is the root of the teaching, but the teaching was not yet identical with tathatā. Now it is explained that the teaching is identical with tathatā; thus, gathering the characteristics of the twelvefold division of the teaching, they are identical with the nature of tathatā.
