14.9

疏「迷正因緣」等者，唯心癡愛，即正因緣。若大乘說唯心為因、癡愛為緣，小乘亦以癡愛為因、業等為緣，大乘亦以業種為緣故。

Regarding the commentary's "deluded regarding correct causes and conditions" and so forth: mind-only, delusion, and craving are indeed the correct causes and conditions. If spoken of according to the Mahāyāna, mind-only is the cause, and delusion and craving are the conditions; the Hīnayāna also takes delusion and craving as the cause, and karma and so forth as conditions, because the Mahāyāna also takes the karmic seeds as conditions.
