16.32

疏「無不從此法界流」者，即從本起末，證行從理發。「無不還證此法身」者，攝末歸本，證理由修顯。

As for the commentary's "None does not flow forth from this dharmadhātu": this proceeds from the root to generate the branches, proving that practice arises from principle. As for "None does not return to realize this dharmakāya": this gathers the branches back to the root, proving that principle is manifested through cultivation.
