16.48

疏「又展此諸會各有主伴」者，即第六節也。上來但明主經之遍，今辯伴經之遍，而引第三會文。「則前遍法界之會各有重重主伴」者，此言例上遍法界之九會也。

As for the commentary's "Furthermore, elaborating these assemblies, each having hosts and retinues": this is the sixth section. The above merely clarified the pervasion of the primary sūtra; now it distinguishes the pervasion of the attendant sūtras, citing the text of the third assembly. "Then the preceding assemblies that pervaded the dharmadhātu each have layered hosts and retinues": this statement applies by analogy to the above nine assemblies that pervade the dharmadhātu.
