16.66

疏「世者時也」下，第二釋義理也。於中二：先釋世主、後「妙謂」下釋妙嚴。於中三：初正明三世間嚴、次「眾生不嚴」下出立嚴所以、後「復由佛嚴」下明二嚴相成。

In the Commentary, from '"loka" means time' downward is the second part, explaining the meaning and principle. Within this there are two: first, explaining 'world lords'; next, from '"wondrous" means' downward, explaining 'wondrous adornment.' Within this there are three: first, directly clarifying the adornment of the three worlds; next, from 'sentient beings are unadorned' downward, bringing forth the reason for establishing adornment; last, from 'furthermore, due to the Buddha's adornment' downward, clarifying the mutual completion of the two adornments.
