16.8

疏「如下離世間及出現品各有十名」者，〈離世間品〉十名，經云「佛子！此名一切菩薩功德行處（一）、決定義華（二）、普入一切法（三）、普生一切智（四）、超諸世間（五）、離二乘道（六）不與一切諸眾生共（七）、悉能照了一切法門（八）、增長眾生出世善根（九）、離世間法門品（十），應尊重聽受、應誦持、應思惟、應願樂、應修行。若能如是，當知是人疾得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。」言出現品十名者，經云「佛子！此法門名為如來祕密之處、名一切世間所不能知、名入如來印、名開大智門、名示現如來種性、名成就一切菩薩、名一切世間所不能壞、名一向隨順如來境界、名能淨一切諸眾生界、名演說如來根本實性不思議究竟法。」即十名也。

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "As in the 'Detachment from the World' and 'Manifestation' chapters, each of which has ten names": concerning the ten names in the "Detachment from the World" chapter, the sūtra says: "Son of the Buddha! This is named: 1. The Sphere of Practice of All the Bodhisattva's Merits; 2. The Flower of Definitive Meaning; 3. Pervasive Entry into All Dharmas; 4. Universal Generation of All Cognitions; 5. Transcending All Worlds; 6. Free from the Path of the Two Vehicles; 7. Not Shared with Any Sentient Beings; 8. Fully Capable of Illuminating All Dharma-Gates; 9. Increasing Sentient Beings' Supramundane Wholesome Roots; 10. The Chapter on the Dharma-Gate of Detachment from the World. One should honor, hear, and accept it; should chant and uphold it; should contemplate it; should aspire to and delight in it; and should practice it. If one can do so, one should know that this person will quickly attain anuttarasamyaksaṃbodhi." Concerning the ten names in the "Manifestation" chapter, the sūtra says: "Son of the Buddha! This Dharma-gate is named: The Secret Place of the Tathāgata; named Unknowable by All the World; named Entering the Seal of the Tathāgata; named Opening the Gate of Great Cognition; named Revealing the Lineage of the Tathāgata; named Perfecting All Bodhisattvas; named Indestructible by All the World; named Wholly According with the Tathāgata's Realm; named Able to Purify All Realms of Sentient Beings; and named Expounding the Inconceivable Ultimate Dharma of the Fundamental True Nature of the Tathāgata." These are the ten names.
