18.34

疏「如其勝義覺諸法故」者，證第二義。上則二智別覺二境，則三世為俗、平等為真。今覺俗即真，是故三世即是平等。勝義是真、諸法是俗，今以真智而覺於俗，故令諸法即真勝義，以其性相非一異故。

Regarding the statement, "Because it awakens to all phenomena in accordance with their ultimate meaning": this confirms the second meaning. Above, the two cognitions distinctly awakened to the two realms, so the three times were the conventional, and equality was the ultimate. Now, awakening to the conventional as being identical with the ultimate, the three times are precisely equality. The ultimate is the true, and all phenomena are the conventional; now, awakening to the conventional through ultimate cognition makes all phenomena identical with the true ultimate, because their nature and characteristics are neither identical nor different.
