18.81

疏「又云如來音聲無邪曲」下，引於二文，別證平等、隨入二義。彼文具云「應知如來音聲無邪曲，法界所生故。」言「隨其信解令歡喜」者，具云應知如來音聲，隨其心樂，皆令歡喜，說法明了故。上來四文，皆〈出現〉語業。

On the Commentary's "It also says: 'The Tathāgata's voice is without deviousness'" and so forth: this cites two texts, separately proving the two meanings of equanimity and adapted entrance. That text fully states: "One should know that the Tathāgata's voice is without deviousness, because it is produced from the dharmadhātu." Regarding "conforming to their faith and understanding, he brings them joy": fully stated, it says that one should know that the Tathāgata's voice, conforming to their mental inclinations, brings them all joy, because he preaches the Dharma clearly. The above four passages are all verbal karma from the "Manifestation" Chapter.
