20.28

疏「十地論中承佛力」等者，論但云「示無我慢，無偏心故。」昔人或將通配二句；疏意以別配為正，故便配之。

Regarding the commentary's "In the Daśabhūmika-śāstra, 'relying on the Buddha's power'...": the treatise merely says, 'Showing freedom from self-conceit, because there is no biased mind.' Earlier authors sometimes matched both phrases generally; the commentary's intent takes matching them distinctly as correct, and so it matched them accordingly.
