疏「已至會中故闕初海等三事」者，一土海、二世界海、三佛名。非別從彼來，故此不說。

Regarding the commentary's phrase “having already arrived in the assembly, it therefore lacks the first three matters, such as the oceans”: the first is the ocean of lands, the second is the ocean of worlds, and the third is the names of the buddhas. Because they did not come separately from there, they are not explained here.
