24.11

疏「照初二藏令菩薩證」者，一如來藏在纏，含果法故。二自性清淨藏，在纏不染故。此二本有，故令其證。

Regarding the commentary's phrase “illuminating the first two garbhas, causing the bodhisattvas to realize them”: the first is the tathāgatagarbha amidst defilement, because it contains the fruit dharmas. The second is the garbha of naturally pure nature, because amidst defilement it is untainted. These two are fundamentally present, so he causes them to be realized.
