Regarding the Commentary's statement, "The contemplation contemplates the oceans, while the praise praises the wisdom": below, it explains an objection, namely the objection concerning conflict between mind and mouth. This objection arises because of what precedes. In it there are four parts: first, the question; second, from "wisdom and the ocean" downward, the reply; third, from "If so" downward, a re-objection, namely the objection that praise and exposition differ, an objection that arises with an eye to the subsequent expounded portion; fourth, from "wisdom detached from the object of the ocean" downward, the clarifying reply. In the reply there are two parts: first, in terms of doctrinal characteristics, meaning that the different characteristics of wisdom are due to the objects known. Second, from "Moreover, it expresses" downward, in terms of realized characteristics, because the ocean is what is realized.
