26.68

疏「一者令多」等者，第四偈「一切剎海咸周遍」，是令周給他也。第二偈中「靡暫停」、第三偈中「恒聞見」是令常也。第三偈中「其音美妙」是令妙也。第十偈中「無等無生無有相」是稱性也。第八偈「能於一切微塵中，普現其身淨眾剎」，及第九偈「一剎那中悉能現」，皆自在也。

Regarding the commentary's phrase "First, to make [them] many," and so forth: in the fourth verse, "all oceans of kṣetras are entirely pervaded" means to make them everywhere supply others. In the second verse, "without ceasing for an instant," and in the third verse, "constantly heard and seen," mean to make them constant. In the third verse, "its sound is wonderful" means to make them wonderful. In the tenth verse, "peerless, unproduced, and without characteristics" means according with nature. In the eighth verse, "Able to universally manifest his body within all fine dust particles to purify the multitude of kṣetras," and in the ninth verse, "All can be manifested in a single instant," both mean mastery.
