26.73

疏「然與前同」下，第三隨文別釋。但解五句。言「若圓滿方所」等者。釋此五句皆是十八圓滿中意，次下當明。此中每句各二義。方所二者，圓滿方所，即自受用。方所，如上引《唯識》明自受用土相。隨宜方所者，即他受用及變化淨。然依《佛地》，十八圓滿唯約他受用說。今約圓通，故進入自受用，下該變化。

Regarding the commentary's phrase "Yet being identical with the previous," this is the third, explaining individually according to the text. It only explains five phrases. As for the words "If it is the perfection of location," and so forth: explaining that these five phrases are all within the meaning of the eighteen perfections will be clarified immediately below. Here each phrase has two meanings. As for the two of location: the perfected location is self-enjoyment. Location is as cited above from the Vijñaptimātra, clarifying the characteristics of the self-enjoyment land. The location according with suitability refers to other-enjoyment and the purity of transformation. However, according to the Buddhabhūmi-śāstra, the eighteen perfections are spoken of solely in terms of other-enjoyment. Now, in terms of perfect penetration, it enters into self-enjoyment above and encompasses transformation below.
