27.31

疏「無功大力一行含多」者，由八地得無功用，如乘船入海，故云「大力速疾」。言一行含多者，先以一身起行，至此八地以無量身起行，一一行中起一切行故。

Regarding the commentary's "effortless great power, in which one practice contains many": because upon reaching the eighth ground one attains effortlessness, like entering the sea on a boat, it is said to have "great power and swiftness." As for "one practice contains many": previously, one gave rise to practices with a single body; upon reaching this eighth ground, one gives rise to practices with immeasurable bodies, because within each single practice one gives rise to all practices.
