疏「二會來」意者，於中有二：一對後辯來。以一分六會，今是初故；「又前舉」下，對前辯來。

Regarding the commentary's explanation of the intention behind the "advent of the second assembly": within this there are two aspects. First, explaining the advent in contrast with what follows: since the one [teaching] is divided into six assemblies, this is now the first. From "Furthermore, what was previously raised..." downward, it explains the advent in contrast with what precedes.
