31.11

疏「又如達磨經頌」下，雙引二論。於中二：先舉經偈。而云達磨經頌者，《攝論》第二釋所知依中云「此中最初且說所知依，即阿賴耶。世尊何處說阿賴耶識名阿賴耶？謂薄伽梵於阿毘達磨大乘經中說。」釋曰：此乃通指大乘經為對法經耳。文中但舉上半。下半云「由此有諸趣，及涅槃證得。」

Regarding the commentary's phrase "Furthermore, as the verse in the *Dharma Sūtra* [states]" onward: it cites two treatises together. Within this, there are two parts: first, setting forth the sūtra verse. As for calling it a verse from the *Dharma Sūtra*, the second fascicle of the *Mahāyānasaṃgraha*, in explaining the support of the knowable, says: "Here, first of all, the support of the knowable is stated, which is the ālaya. Where did the World-Honoured One speak of the ālayavijñāna as the ālaya? The Bhagavān spoke of it in the *Abhidharma-mahāyāna-sūtra*." Explanation: this merely refers generally to the Mahāyāna sūtra as an Abhidharma sūtra. The text only quotes the first half. The second half states: "Because of this, there are all destinies / And the realization of nirvāṇa."
