31.42

疏「餘義同前」者，第三總結例也。然餘義有二：一者結前三門，應云一妄無不盡是初門，理無不現是第三，合二為第二，二三合在第三，唯所依中故，故云餘義。二者對上三問以為餘義。

Regarding the commentary’s “The remaining meanings are the same as before,” this is the third part, which provides a general concluding analogy. However, the remaining meanings are twofold: first, concluding the preceding three approaches, one should say that the complete exhaustion of the erroneous is the first approach, the complete manifestation of principle is the third, combining the two forms the second, and the second and third are merged in the third, in “solely what is depended upon,” which is why it speaks of “the remaining meanings.” Second, matching the three questions above constitutes the remaining meanings.
