疏「二約金剛心頓斷一切諸煩惱病」者，即俱生也。此上所轉捨。「依上解」下，結成前二。

Regarding the Commentary's phrase "2. in terms of the diamond-like mind suddenly severing all illnesses of afflictions": this refers to the innate [afflictions]. This is what is abandoned through transformation above. From "relying on the above understanding" downward, it concludes the preceding two.
