37.46

疏「由無住故無所不住」者，即《般若》中意。彼前更反釋云：若有所住，則有所不住。從「謂不住有」下，疏釋上文由無住故無不住義。

Regarding the commentary stating, "Because of having no abiding, there is nowhere one does not abide": this is the meaning in the Prajñāpāramitā. There, it is explained conversely beforehand: "If there is somewhere one abides, then there is somewhere one does not abide." From "Meaning not abiding in existence" onward, the commentary explains the above meaning of having nowhere one does not abide due to having no abiding.
