37.56

第十菩薩。「智力成就。不可壞故」者，智力成就即十住中第十住。智慧增故，得佛十種智，故不可壞。即成今文堅固之名。「頌意」已下，即彼勝進經文。「文云」已下，即今偈意。

The tenth bodhisattva. "The power of wisdom is perfected. Because it cannot be destroyed": the perfection of the power of wisdom is the tenth abode of the ten abodes. Because wisdom increases, one attains the Buddha's ten kinds of knowledge, and therefore it cannot be destroyed. This constitutes the name "firm" in the present text. From "the meaning of the verse" onward is the sūtra text of that superior advance. From "the text says" onward is the meaning of the present verse.
