4.39

疏「同一無礙法界身雲」，二總結成也。即以無障礙法界為體，含四法界何所不具，故無不即耳，則未有一法非佛身也。

Regarding the commentary's statement, "Sharing the identical single body-cloud of the unimpeded dharmadhātu": this is the second part, concluding in general. That is, taking the unobstructed dharmadhātu as essence, it contains the four dharmadhātus—what could it lack? Hence there is nothing it is not identical with, and thus there has never been a single dharma that is not the Buddha's body.
