41.9

疏「則而演說法通上三會」者，前第三會不離前二會，而昇忉利，則各有菩薩承佛神力說前二會之法。今加不離須彌頂上，則加法慧菩薩承佛神力說十住法，故兼前二會，通三會法也。餘義多同〈須彌頂品〉。

Regarding the commentary's “Then expounding the Dharma extends through the previous three assemblies,” the previous third assembly did not leave the previous two assemblies while ascending to Trāyastriṃśa; there, respective bodhisattvas received the Buddha's spiritual power to expound the Dharma of the previous two assemblies. Now, in addition to not leaving the summit of Mount Sumeru, Bodhisattva Dharmamati is additionally added, receiving the Buddha's spiritual power to expound the Dharma of the ten abodes; therefore, combining the previous two assemblies, it extends through the Dharma of the three assemblies. The remaining meanings are mostly the same as the “Summit of Mount Sumeru” chapter.
