疏「依執似起」者，即《唯識》云「依他起自性分別緣所生，謂依遍計之執起依他之似，似即眾生。」

Regarding the Commentary's statement, "The apparent arises based on grasping": That is, as the Vijñaptimātratā says, "The dependent nature arises from conditions of conceptual discrimination, meaning that based on the grasping of the imagined nature, the appearance of the dependent arises; the appearance is precisely sentient beings."
